How do I cancel my Membership?
We are sad to see you go. As long as you meet the 3-month minimum requirement, you can cancel your membership by doing the following:
- Please use our contact form on our website and include your full name, membership plan and reason for cancellation in the message.
- Once you email us letting us know you are cancelling your Membership Plan, we will remove you from the membership auto renew and your plan will deactivate the following month.
*You can use your remaining treatments per that month until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period.
